(iii) Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work and professional commitment, computerization of library. (iv) Desirable : M. Phil./Ph.D. Degree in library science/information science/documentation/ Archives and manuscript-keeping/computerization of library.

2. Post: Documentalist

Qualification: Minimum qualification shall be a Master’s Degree in Library Science with a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in any of the subject with B. Lib. Knowledge Computer is preferable.

Qualification: (i) A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of library. (ii) Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.

Salary: Pay Band of Rs. 15600-39100 with AGP of Rs. 6000/-

Application: Prescribed form will be issued at the University Cash Counter on payment of Rs. 200/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/NT-DT/OBC/Physically Handicapped candidates of Maharashtra State) for Teaching & other than Teaching posts in cash or by Demand Draft issued in favor of the Registrar, SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, payable at Mumbai.
